Jim and Van with Gutter Done did a great job! Very Happy! Just looks so much better! Our previous gutter company, did the bare minimum and it showed! After newly installed gutters we had ice sickles hanging all around our house and come to find out they didn't even install our leaf guards we had paid for. The gutters were bunch of short pieces put together. But now we have full length of house custom cut pieces and just looks like there's more hardware installed and aligned correctly. Replaced 16 year old gutters and a 2 year old section that was poorly done by another contractor. Excellent experience from estimate to install. Andrew pointed out several areas where damage was starting to occur that we had not noticed. Brandon and Chaz were punctual and professional, even cleaned up a mess on the porch where the old gutters had dumped mud and water. Gutter Done was not only on time they called and came out a week early.  Jim and Van did a fantastic job tying in the new gutters to the old system that the builder left half complete. First of all i found “Gutter Done” on TVWG
I email a request and Vicki (very kind) contracted me to set up a time to have one of their Techs to come by and give us a free estimate.
He showed up as promised, quoted us a writen estimate.

Vicki called and we set up a day, she even called me back to let me know of a sooner opening.
Techs Vic and Jim showed up in the rain evaluated the situation got right to work and re-fabricated a new Rain Gutter for us and attached it to the house.
Same price as promised nice work two very nice young men 💯%
I would highly recommend Gutter Done

I just wanted to thank this place for a lesson learned:

I was taking my kid to school one morning and a Gutter Done truck drove by wrecklessly and honked at us before reaching a red light where they stopped.

I was confused as to why they would do that so I left a review about the lack of integrity the employees possessed. What I received was a lengthy reply from the owner descriptively stating how I was illegally turning left across a double yellow line into a business, what I should have done, and that he honked because I was holding up traffic - and he knew this because he checked the cab cams from the crew member's truck.

I was shocked at the length of detail he put into a blatant lie not to mention the fact it isn't illegal to cross a double yellow line into a business. Not in Idaho, anyway. I've been here 38 years and know the road laws. There was also only one car behind me but it wouldn't have mattered because the light was red so I wasn't technically holding anyone up

When the truck reached the red light I had such a strong inkling to snap a photo but thought that would be silly and chose not to.

I left a review because of the wreckless driving. My car at the time was a dark blue sport looking car with heavily tinted windows. This guy probably thought I was a punk kid and decided to harass me for no reason. Then they didn't even ant to own up to their actions and lied in their response to me.

Anyhow, I didn't have the photo to post to expose the dishonesty but I remembered it.

Fast forward and at least twice now I have been able to report a dishonest company to the BBB with a resolution in my favor because now when I get that inkling to snap a photo or screenshot - I 💯 absolutely do it!

Jim and Brandon from Gutter Done are amazing. I had to run and take my mother in law to an appt. Jim called and said they could start without us there. They called when they got there. I was at the appt. Within what seemed less than a half hour they had ~25’ of gutter with a corner down and replaced and reconnected to the down thingy.  Really, I dig that kind of efficiency. It gets better; I called several gutter repair people 3 days ago. They all reached back to me but Vicki from Gutter Done called first. Early. She was very friendly and arranged an assessment of our damage within hours. Gets better; there was a cancellation and thoughtfully, Vicki chose to call us and ask if it would be good to go the next day. Well, hell yes.
